Q: May I come to your store and pick up items?
A: Generally no. Due to Clark County parking regulations, customers are not allowed to pick up and return items.

Q: How much is your delivery charge?
A: Delivery charges are based on zip codes determined by miles from our location. Use the chart to determine this.

Q: How far in advance should I make a reservation?
A: You should place your reservation as soon as you are sure of the time, dates, and items needed. Just call.

Q: Can I change my reservation later on?
A: Of course. Just call.

Q:What about security deposits?

A: None required for locals, in most circumstances, however non locals need to use a credit card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Q: Do I need to be home when you deliver or pick up?
A: Yes, in most cases, someone over 18 needs to be home to sign the contract and pay the driver.
No one needs to be home for pick up, as long as goods are secure and any gate is unlocked,
and there are no dogs loose.

Q: Do you set up equipment?
A: We can set up the equipment for an additional charge. Normally, when we deliver,
we will bring the items to the area where they are going to be used.
Some items such as canopies, dance floors, and heaters will be set up.
The chairs are delivered on rolling carts, which we will let you use at
no charge on a hard surface.

Q: When do you deliver?
A: Generally, we deliver one day at a time of your choosing and pick up the next day.
We deliver and pick up 7 days a week. Of course other arrangements can be made.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: Not on rentals, only on purchase items.

Q: Do I have to wash the linens?
A: No, but please no cigarette burns or candle wax.
